The strategy might be sound. The people might be smart. The intention might be genuine. And yet something isn't moving. A decision keeps circling. A difficult conversation keeps being avoided. A new idea needs taking forward. Different parts of the system are pulling in different directions. Everyone agrees, but nothing really changes. Or maybe you're working out what comes next.
That's where I come in.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, ideas, relationships and systems. I'm interested in understanding what's really happening, questioning the assumptions that shape how we think and act, and finding connections that can open up a different way forward.
Over more than 20 years, I've worked across business, sustainability, policy and systems change, with organisations ranging from global corporations and international institutions to entrepreneurs and emerging ventures. I've worked across sectors, markets and cultures, helping people navigate complexity, develop strategies and explore new possibilities.
I bring strategic thinking, curiosity and constructive challenge. I move between the big picture and the detail, connect dots across disciplines and perspectives, and help people see what they might otherwise miss.
Sometimes the challenge is strategic. Sometimes it's relational. Often, it's both.
Based in Tirana, Albania, I work internationally with organisations, leaders, funders and entrepreneurs.

Strategic work when the obvious answer isn't enough.
I work with organisations, leaders and ventures on strategic questions that don't have straightforward answers: shaping a new direction, challenging an existing strategy, navigating stakeholder complexity, developing propositions, or working out how commercial, social and regenerative ambitions can genuinely sit together; and what needs to change when they don't.
I'm interested in the connections others might miss, the assumptions worth challenging and the opportunities that emerge when we look beyond the immediate question.
The aim isn't a better idea. It's a clearer direction and greater capacity to act.

Better conversations change what becomes possible.
We spend a huge amount of time talking, discussing and making decisions together. But how much attention do we pay to what actually shapes those interactions, and what they produce?
I work with organisations to understand the dynamics influencing how people engage, think and decide together.
Through Conversation Architecture®, I help make those dynamics visible, build understanding and design better conditions for conversations that lead somewhere.

I'm on your side. I want you to succeed. And that means taking what you're working on seriously enough to challenge you, question your assumptions and say what others might hesitate to.
I'll listen carefully. I'll ask the awkward question. I'll join the dots. I'll tell you when I think something doesn't add up, when you're missing something or when you're making life harder than it needs to be.
